Licensed Massage Therapist Employment Options

We have two options for our LMT's to choose from for what best suits your lifestyle and employment needs!  Now through March 31, 2019, receive a $300 bonus after 90-days of employment (restrictions apply).

Option 1

Schedule

Set Schedule, 3 or more days a week (part-time is less than 30 hours and full-time is 30+ hours a week)
Available shifts are as follows: 

  • Monday-Sat. 9-2:15pm, 2:30-8pm, and or 9-8pm
  • Sundays only 9-1pm, 1:15-6pm and or 9-6pm. 
  • Shifts are determined based on availability and business needs.

Schedules can be changed only 2 times a year (April and or October)

Benefits

LMT Pay during 1st 90 days is $20hr Per clocked in. After 90 days you move to commission structure:

*(If commission is lower than minimum wage, your hourly rate will be the state minimum wage) 

LMT Pay after 90 days:

  • 40% Commission (Tenure 0-4 years)
  • 45% Commission (Tenure 5-9 years)
  • 50% Commission (Tenure 10+ years)
*(Max pay of 50% commission is not eligible for additional bonus or pay structures)

If employee does not have any missed days from scheduled shifts for any reason, you will be eligible to receive a 2% bonus for that period. The period is Month to Month.

LMT bonus pay for covering a called out shift

If a LMT is called by management to cover a shift due to a call out and decides to come in and cover the shift, the LMT covering the shift will receive an additional $10 dollars per service completed.

*You will receive the bonus for covering the services on the next pay period.
*It is optional to pick up a shift when contacted by management.

Advanced Education

Dosha Salon Spa believes continued education is a cornerstone to the success of meeting the Dosha core values: excellence, professionalism, inspiration and growth. We encourage our LMT's to pursue advanced learning in subjects that interest and inspire them by seeking out advanced education classes for techniques and skills to grow their expertise as a massage therapist.

Dosha offers a $150 Education Reimbursement to LMT's choosing Option 1. To be eligible for Education Pay, you must have been employed by Dosha a minimum of 1 year and education must be pre-approved by HR. To receive reimbursement you need a receipt and proof of attendance. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Perfect Attendance

If you have no call outs, tardies, or left work early you will receive a $50 dollar Amazon card. This is determined quarterly. 

Option 2

Schedule

Flexible scheduling, you can work any day of the week, 1 day up to 5 days a week any available shifts. You cannot exceed more than 30 hours a week
Available shifts are as follows: 

  • Monday-Sat. 9-2:15pm, 2:30-8pm, and or 9-8pm
  • Sundays only 9-1pm, 1:15-6pm and or 9-6pm. 
  • Shifts are determined based on availability and business needs.

Your schedule is determined based on what days and shifts that are available and what you want to work weekly within a month. Schedules are set up monthly, no less than 2 weeks prior to the new month.

Benefits

LMT Pay is $20hr clocked in.

We have chosen to partner our Aveda line with it's sister company Smashbox* to accommodate guests who have more diverse needs of their makeup.

Income Growth Opportunity

At Dosha, we understand the need for individual growth. Our payment structure is set up to ensure that as you grow as a technician, you will be strong in all of the behaviors needed to sustain your forward movement. New technicians start with a competitive hourly wage. Upon moving to commission, technicians can increase their income with biannual price increase opportunities as well as double booking appointments. We coach our technicians towards being as successful as they want to be and we give them the tools to make it happen.
