We believe it is both the responsibility of a company and team member to market your individual services. We are committed to sharing our message to the Portland marketplace via electronic, print, and social media. Every year, our team has the opportunity to participate in the hottest bridal events, Evening 4 Earth (with our sister company Aveda Institute Portland), fashion shows, and our holiday VIP parties (over 5,000 guests).
Our management team is comprehensively trained in how to build clientele, pre-booking, as well as guest goal management to help facilitate your success as a technician with Dosha.
All of the Dosha salons carry the natural and organic Aveda products. On our retail floors, you will find everything from the extensive hair care lines, to Aveda skin care, as well as the health and beauty products. We also maintain the extensive Aveda makeup line with it's plant-derived ingredients for a healthier take on beauty. We have chosen to partner our Aveda line with it's sister company Smashbox* to accommodate guests who have more diverse needs of their makeup.

At Dosha, we understand the need for individual growth. Our payment structure is set up to ensure that as you grow as a technician, you will be strong in all of the behaviors needed to sustain your forward movement. New technicians start with a competitive hourly wage. Upon moving to commission, technicians can increase their income with biannual price increase opportunities as well as double booking appointments. We coach our technicians towards being as successful as they want to be and we give them the tools to make it happen.
Our benefits package includes multiple options with Kaiser Permanente to provide convenient health care options for our full time employees. We offer paid vacations for full time employees after your first year of employment. We also offer a generous employee discounts on services and products.
