Cancellation & Appointment Change Policy (Effective 3/2/2026)

At Dosha Salon Spa, appointment times are reserved especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled or changed with short notice, it limits our stylists’ ability to rebook that time.

To best support our team and continue providing exceptional service:

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments
  • Appointments cancelled, rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
  • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service
  • Charges are applied to the card on file.

We understand that unexpected things come up. If your availability feels uncertain, our front desk team is always happy to help you select an appointment time that works best.
