Sign-Up & Membership
How do I sign-up?
Join us at any of our five VIP Parties to receive your complimentary 2026 VIP Membership.If you’re unable to attend, you can still request your membership by emailing gr@dosha.org between December 3rd and December 12th, 2025.
Please include the following information in your email:
- First and last name
- Phone number associated with your client file
- Email address associated with your client file
Requests received after December 12th, 2025, will not be processed.
How long is my VIP membership valid?
VIP Memberships are valid for 12 months and remain active through December 31, 2026, giving you access to all perks, discounts, and rewards for the full year.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Memberships do not auto-renew. You may come to our annual VIP event in December to register for a free membership in-salon. After that, you must pay the membership fee to join.
Do I get a physical card?
Your VIP Membership is linked directly to your guest profile, so no card is needed. For any account questions, simply connect with a retail team member or check your pocket salon app.
How do I earn VIP Points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Aveda retail products and in-salon services. Points accumulate throughout the year and can be redeemed for in-store retail purchases only.
Do my points expire?
Historically, VIP points have rolled over each year. 2025 points will roll over into 2026; however, we may discontinue rollover beginning in 2027.
Do my earned credits stack or roll over?
Earned credits (the value you receive when redeeming points) may be used anytime during the year but must be spent by December 31, 2026. They will not roll over to the next year unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.
How do I spend my VIP earned points?
- You may redeem your VIP points toward Aveda products sold in-store.
- Points are not redeemable for cash, services, or online purchases and are non-transferable.
- Only one discount may be applied per transaction and VIP discounts may not be combined with other discounts.
Please note: The 10% VIP discount does not apply to products purchased with redeemed credit.
