How do I sign-up?
You can sign up by contacting our customer service line at 503-228-8280 or visit any of our five salons to become a member.
How long is my VIP membership valid?
VIP Memberships are valid for 12 months and remain active through December 31, 2025, giving you access to all perks, discounts, and rewards for the full year.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Memberships do not auto-renew. You may come to our annual VIP event in December to register for a free membership in-store. Registration is open for two weeks only. After that, you must pay the membership fee to join.
Do I get a physical card?
Your VIP Membership is linked directly to your guest profile, so no card is needed. For any account questions, simply connect with a retail team member or give us a

Will my VIP points expire?
VIP points do not expire and will carry over into the next calendar year.
Does my earned credit stack?
Earned credits will stack during the year if not used, but they will expire at the end of the year.
Will my earned credits rollover to the next year?
Account credits must be used by December 31st, 2025, and will not roll over to the next year.
How do I spend my VIP earned credit?
You may spend your VIP-earned credit on products sold in our retail stores. Earned credit is not redeemable for cash or credit towards a service. Credits on your account and non-transferrabel and cannot be used for online purchases. Only one discount can be used per transaction. VIP 10% disscount does not apply to products purchased with credit.
