Earth Month

This Earth Month, together with our partner Aveda Institute Portland, we raised $14,810 for Hopkins Demonstration Forest.

What we do every day reaches far beyond the salon floor. The care, support, and connection you bring to your guests also makes a real impact in our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped with the fundraiser, participated in Jean Jar, and came out to celebrate with us at Hopkins.

Because of you, these funds will help support education and awareness around protecting our forests for the future.

Come dressed in a version of your personal brand that makes you feel confident and camera-ready. These photos will be waist-up, so feel free to practice a few poses ahead of time, bring an inspiration photo, and most importantly don’t be afraid to show some personality. Whether you’re classic, edgy, creative, polished, playful, or somewhere in between, we want your photo to feel like YOU.

Photo session dates:
• July 13 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• July 20 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• July 27 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

To help keep things running smoothly and spread appointments out, there is a signup sheet with date and time slots available through your manager. I’ll do my very best to stay on schedule, but please allow for about a 30-minute wiggle room around your selected time slot.

Parking is available in our neighbor’s lot located behind the school. Attendance is mandatory, and all team members will sign in and out upon arrival and departure.

Thank you all for helping us celebrate 35 years of Dosha while creating a beautiful and consistent visual representation of our incredible team. I’m excited to capture everyone’s personality and style.

Cancellation & Appointment Change Policy (Effective 3/2/26)

At Dosha Salon Spa, we’re committed to providing an exceptional experience not only for our guests, but also for our talented stylists. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have a significant impact on schedules and income.

To better support our team while continuing to provide the level of service our guests expect, we’re introducing a small update to our appointment policy:

• A credit card will be required at the time of booking
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
• No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service

If a client must re-schedule or cancel an appointment, our front desk team is always happy to help guests select an appointment time that feels comfortable and secure.
