Shaddie is a master stylist and has been with Dosha since 2005. She is passionate about watching those around her succeed and she is constantly growing her own knowledge and skills. She chose this industry because of the art and creativity. The ability to create with her hands from someone's vision and make them feel more confident is priceless. Shaddie is inspired by nature, her team, educators and social media. her proudest moment so far was realizing that she was great at her craft. Anytime she steps out of her comfort zone with the creative team she feels truly accomplished. She loves Dosha because she enjoys being a part of the team and the vision. As a team, every person is striving to be better than the day before and that makes finding the motivation to be a better hairstylist everyday easy!
