A Shared Mission for Environmental Education

Every Earth Month, Dosha Salon Spa and Aveda Institute Portland come together to support environmental education and sustainability through community-driven fundraising and awareness.

$14,810 Raised for Hopkins Demonstration Forest

We are proud to share that together, Dosha Salon Spa and Aveda Institute Portland raised $14,810 this Earth Month in support of Hopkins Demonstration Forest.

These funds help advance critical initiatives including regional expansion efforts and the development of new environmental education programs.

Bridging the Gap in Outdoor Education

One of the most exciting parts of this year’s initiative is making outdoor learning more accessible and hands-on for everyone.

Servicing over 5,000 K-12 students in Clackamas County, a new home school program, and expanding into servicing Multnomah county youth. Hopkins Demonstration Forest is opening the door for more students to experience learning in nature.

Why This Work Matters

At Dosha, it’s more than what happens behind the chair or in a treatment room. It’s about the impact we make on people and the communities around us.

Earth Month is a reminder that our work in the beauty and wellness industry extends beyond the salon. It connects directly to education, our environment, and community impact.
